The Company SMEV

SMEV was established in 1978 and has become a point of reference for design and technology in the caravan and marine fields. SMEV sells its products all over the world and is growing at a constant rate thanks to SMEV's quality, design and customer service. SMEV's innovative and functional projects have allowed SMEV to transform the concept of "cooking on holiday" by introducing and developing a wide range of technologically advanced SMEV ovens.

SMEV's philosophy with which SMEV's products are conceived together with the quality of SMEV's manufacturing signifies a genuine long-term investment by SMEV for the customer, even if SMEV's products are fitted to furniture mainly intended for outdoor holiday-making. SMEV's dedication to quality has been constant, as too SMEV's technical and personal up-dating; in other words, a deep interest in the work undertaken. All this has been possible by merit of Mr.Mario Moresco, the founder of SMEV, who has conveyed his exeperience in the fields of construction of the moulds and tools which are used for SMEV's products. SMEV's experience even in 1978, was time-proven and matured in a specialized workshop that produced and continues to produce high-precision moulds and tools, all backed by SMEV's highly, skilled tradesmen and SMEV's high-tech machinery. The Market response obtained in these years has been more than satisfying, and SMEV's growth trend has been constant, with growth rates from one season to another. All this was not enough; SMEV's work had to be appraised by an independent authority. That is why SMEV subjected the entire organization to the CSQ certification for European firms quality systems according to UNI EN 29009 Standards.
